About this service

Our interventionist methods are increasingly being engaged to assist organisations change ingrained behaviour or better understand how people think about a subject, product or experience.  A number of universities, supported by UK funding bodies, EHRC, AHRC and Arts Council England have commissioned our services.  Our largest client to-date being Network Rail engaged our methods to ease tensions at London Bridge Train station during major building works and following a major incident.
